OpenSSL-C. A collection of utilities for writing secure (cryptographically-secure) code.

CMake: the Make programming environment and command-line toolset for C. It is intended for all programmers. CMake produces a consistent set of files for different compilers and targets and it can be used to modify, compile, and test libraries from multiple languages.
