What is happiness?

We all know that happiness is an important trait and important quality for anyone that lives on a higher stage. However most of us live under constant anxiety and fears, so what's happiness?

Happiness can also refer to any aspect of your life, as well as anything else that you experience as you live your life.

So here are all the different kinds of Happiness that you can have:

Attentiveness: This is your awareness. It can mean your calmness, your peace, your concentration, your attention, your focus, as well as your ability to stay focused on what you want to do or accomplish.

Calmness: This is your tolerance for the stresses of life. It means your ability to manage the amount of stress in your life using relaxation techniques.

This is your tolerance for the stresses of life.
