Artificial intelligence 102

Artificial intelligence

Computerized systems that learn from experience will make many more applications available. The Internet of Things is already a reality, but computers will become smarter, helping with everything from personal health care and banking to driving, logistics and even self-driving cars. It will also enable a revolution in manufacturing: Instead of having a robot handle every task at the factory, machines will be able to think for themselves and pick the correct tool for the job.

Robotics has the potential to solve many problems we take for granted. Robots can work in remote locations, eliminating the need for human helpers, improving the efficiency of transportation, and improving the quality of human life.

A revolution is coming to medical and nutrition supplements, thanks to the Internet of Things. Biomedical research will be made possible by 3D printing and other technologies. Biohacking will become common and will take on more significance.
